Hellopeter - Nothing but a PR exercise with no resolution!
Whilst my experience of Hellopeter itself would seem pointless as their overall attempts to address problems is not without some merit, the truth of the matter is that ultimately it is a waste of time since they allow all the respondent companies the opportunity to pay enormous lip service to resolving matters to cover their own asses when in fact they never intend doing anything about the initial complaint and seldom ever do do anything other than the as covering exercise of making a public show to create the false impression that they do care and are trying to resolve the matter. End result a complete waste of time and simply further frustration in most instances so I, personally will never waste my time even trying again.

14 Apr 2021, 10:14I understand all of what you say perfectly, indeed it is almost insulting that you feel the need to explain the obvious, however what I do believe is that you should NOT allow respondents to make "lip service" simple PR replies without them actually stating publicly that they have made a TIME and place available on record to meet with the complainant since as in the case of Cell C they merely make pretty public overtures of caring ON your site and then do absolutely NOTHING. So what I am suggesting is that your moderator not allow any kind of response that does not provide a specific commitment by the respondent to at least the commitment of a meeting with a time and place, otherwise you are simply supporting their insincere response and helping them look good when in fact they are defeating all the purpose of the exercise!
