Hellopeter not what it used to be
I have tried to post my true experience about Biddulphs on this site. Each time it has been removed after being reported by Biddulphs despite being the fact that I have provided extensive correspondence on it.
The last one was removed as I stated I doubted the trust rating if 9.9 for them given how difficult it has been for me to keep my negative review on here.
I was not warned, it was just taken down.

2. I have also sent emails to hellopeter to ask if the positive comments placed on the site are in fact verified? Do those positive comments get validated as true and correct and is that person verified to be a true and bona fide customer? I have yet to receive a reply on this.
3. If I suspect they are not all bona fide? Do I go and report each one stating I don’t believe they are. Please provide your guidelines hereon?
Customers often use the trust rating provided on hellopeter when selecting companies. How are the scales balanced to ensure the trust ratings on hellopeter are bona fide?

Our content guidelines clearly indicate what content we accept on our platform, So for example, with reference to your reviews - not make non-specific or generalised allegations about a business; Users are prohibited from posting personal information; Users are prohibited from posting ******** content, including defamatory...If you have a look at our FAQ's and Legal section available on the platform you will find the answers to all your questions. Hellopeter is an independent review platform and does not screen reviews prior to publishing. The reason being, it would not be independent and transparent should hellopeter.com choose what to publish. By posting a review, the reviewer confirms they are a bona fide customer of the business that they are writing a review about, and that all facts contained in their review is true. If you feel that a review is inappropriate or it breaches our content guidelines, we welcome you to bring it to our attention. Flagging reviews in this manner should be limited to instances where you have legitimate concerns and can show a particular reason why a review is suspicious or violates one or more of our rules. You will be required to provide details including evidence and supporting documentation to your report. Should you have any additional concerns please email our admin team for assistance.
