Hellopeter not relevant any longer?
Hellopeter seems to have lost relevance. How can a company like Ford Motor Company SA not be a claimed business? I've gotten disillusioned with Hellopeter as it seems you have lost your clout.

Whether a business chooses to claim and register their business on our platform is completely up to them. Our goal is to keep consumers informed, give recognition to businesses offering consumers great service, and hold them accountable when their service has been poor.

Whatever the reason, I am not sure but years ago if I posted a HP review I would many times, if not most, get some response as if the clients were scared of HP. These days it's not the case, your presence has seemingly been watered down.
You need to GET OUT there, grow some teeth.
