HelloPeter not citing company name correctly

I wrote a review for really bad service received from the company trading under the name Peter Removal. I provided the company web site www.peterremoval.co.za as well as the email address *** (or *** ). I have communications where this company use these details. HelloPeter on their own accord decided to change the company name to Peters Removers. When I previously challenged Peter Removal on bad reviews showing on HelloPeter they pointed out that it was not against their name. Thus - HelloPeter place comment against the wrong company name notwithstanding receiving correct information from the reviewer. This is not what I expected and could be easily rectified.
