HelloPeter new website
The older websites were so much more user friendly where you could see companies that respond. Those that don't and those that still need to be verified. I'm trying to find out if Afrihost is a company that responds and I cant see it anywhere

Businesses that manage their account have a blue tick and the words "this is a verified business." However, we will take your feedback on board and look at ways to make it easier for readers to know if a business is likely to respond or not.
With regards to Afrihost, their business profile has not yet been claimed, so they aren't likely to respond. This being said, when writing a review for a business that is either not on our platform, or unclaimed, we do allow you to enter an email address to notify them of your review, and in that way increase the likelihood of getting a response.
