HelloPeter just chasing a buck
Your service to Business sucks. I am a subscriber hoping to get reviews to establish a credible Trust Index and Industry Ranking. I work hard to improve our customer service and always invite clients to post a review, regardless of whether it is good or bad. But you put a limit of the number of reviews I may respond to, which limits my ratings. And if I query this, your response is that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. So its all just to coerce me to pay more monthly. I earned those reviews, how dare you diminish their weight just to make me pay you more.
