Hellopeter itself is doing favoutism
i am not too impressed with Hellopeter. You would not believe that Hellopeter actually goes on to delete customer's complaints in favour of the companies that are infringing customer's interests. I should think there are certain instances where Hellopeter is biased or bribed to delete customer's complaints
