08 Apr 2025, 10:20Yes there is something you can help with. Why do we need to now log in to our accounts with an otp pin which never ever comes to us? The other day I needed to write a review but this unnecessary delay has prevented me from logging on no matter how many times I tried. I had to write the review via WhatsApp which in itself was a pain in the ass because it kept restarting the chat
Why does hello Peter make life difficult for its users? I had to sign up on mybroadband to write a review which was easier
Maybe that’s where your users are going to migrate to if you keep adding unnecessary hassles. Keep the log on process simple! Not everyone wants to type in their phone numbers and wait for eternity for otp’s which never arrive! Do better
