HELLOPETER IS UNFAIR
A client defaulted on payment for months and is still in default. When we challenged a payment arrangement he claimed we had agreed to and indicated that he was liable for fees as well, he became vindictive and indicated his intention to 'post his experience on hellopeter'. On seeking to state my case in defence I read to my dismay that I would have to pay to do so ! This is a blatant breach of a fundamental principle of fairness - one-side complains for free
