HelloPeter is pretty terrible itself
Well, i was originally interested in the idea of hello peter, and excited to see the webpage. Unfortunately, it is hideous and confusing. Currently, I can see 5 adverts, two of which are flashing. On first arrival at the page it is VERY unclear what you are looking at. What is a conversion factor? Where are the top raking best and worst companies? Why do i see 'the most popular complaint/compliment' ? I dont give a **** about particular comments by particular people. I thought the idea was to bring accountability, but you seem to provide no aggregate information about best/worst companies. Also, there is some sort of legend (key) with companies who respond, companies who dont, companies pending, and other. HOWEVER, it is completely unclear what this legend is referring to. I cannot see the symbols actually used anywhere. And I dont care about if they respond anyway. What I want to see is which companies are getting the most and least positive and negative feedback. SURELY this should be the figurehead info on the page. This is what people want to see. At present it is ugly, uninteresting, and unclear. It takes FAR too long to understand it and it seems irrelevant anyway. 1/10
Best regards,
