Hellopeter is not effective in resolving problems...hot air
I have reviewed Telkom South Africa on a few occasions. Each time if they respond Hellopeter gives a big green tick as if this is'mission accomplished'. After that Telkom does NOTHING to resolve my problem. I think Hellopeter needs to wait for the issue to be resolved before giving the company a 'green tick for' responding. Responding means nothing. Dealing with the issue is the big thing. Personally I think Hellopeter really does nothing and I cannot see the point of using it. Sandra Shields

The fact remains...Hellopeter really cannot to anything to resolve an issue.
However, Hellopeter can review their 'big green tick' policy when a company responds to a complaint by allowing the client to indicate whether a green tick is appropriate or not.
Perhaps a better system would be 2 ticks....one for response and one for resolution.
As it now stands, success is measured only on the contact a company makes with the client.
Not good enough.
