Hellopeter is a company bashing site.
There is no response from admin, malicious content does not get dealt with. legitimate positive reviews mysteriously disappear from company profile. This is not a reviews site but rather a company bashing site. The company may leave a response in defence but there is no way of removing malicious content. there should be some type of adjudication or mediation, perhaps a means of appeal.

Naturally there is a facility to report any review that you have an issue with - a 'report review' link with a flag icon at the bottom right of every review on the site?
