Hellopeter invalidly removes reviews and their verification of the removal doesn't work!
After helping me raise an ongoing complaint Hellopeter removed my complaint stating it was a duplicate of another complaint which it was not. I clicked on the "Verify Deletion" button to raise the concern but was taken to a login page: https://staging-csrm.hellopeter.com which required a username and password which is not your Hellopeter username and password. I have just sent an email to the company I have the dispute with, quoting the Hellopeter URL which is now not available. This is a catastrophe for me!

The first review was about 'My secondary platinum .... card was cancelled last Friday ........ without informing me'. Your second review was about '........ blocked my secondary card without any communication to me'. Only one review per Supplier per issue is accepted on the site. The site allows for unlimited comments on your initial review. You are welcome to use this facility to add additional comments or feedback.
