Hellopeter ineffective
Sorry to say but hellopeter is ineffective. I put in a complaint for Woolworths (Credit Card) and I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply.

Hellopeter cannot comment, respond or acknowledge reports on behalf of a company.
Woolworths is not registered as a Company Who Responds, and will therefore not automatically be notified of your complaint on the site. You are however welcome to use the 'email this report' link on the site, and send it to them, thereby making them aware of your issue. We unfortunately don't do this for you. Regards. HP
