Hellopeter has lost it's effectiveness completely?
I have just received the hellopeter marketing "Invitation to write a review" and without going into all the detail, it seems that the person with the most reviews written within a month's time will win a prize.
My assumption, that is as objective as possible but I can of course be wrong, is that hellopeter has unfortunately completely lost it's effectiveness after being such a good forum for so many years. The reasons etc. are for you and your researchers to figure out but this is my opinion. Years ago Hellopeter was a force to be reckoned with and everybody knew of the website and that all reviews posted on Hellopeter, positive or negative, produced some results. Unfortunately my latest complaints and reviews regarding bad service from Telkom had absolutely ZERO effect and I am accordingly convinced that hellopeter is not the consumer protector and assistant that it used to be. Such a pity because what hellopeter had and provided for many years is so much needed in the current world that we are living in. Really tragic.

We are truly sorry to hear that the site didn't work for you when writing your review about Telkom and understand how frustrating that must be. We unfortunately have never been able to and can't force any Supplier to resolve an issue.
