Hellopeter has become a waste of time

I have been on Hellopeter for many years and have always felt that they are a true advocate for consumer rights. However this has changed recently. I have become very frustrated with a certain company and have tried to get some action by writing a review. My review has been taken down 3 times now based on "technicalities". I have followed the advice of Hellopeter and written a question to the entity as part of a thread but as I expected, because it is embedded in the initial comment, I have received no reaction or response. My son who is a party to the transaction has also tried to raise the issue and he was accused by the entity of lying and the post was removed. Since when does Hellopeter not support the consumer and seemingly accede to "big business"?
