Hellopeter - failing to investigate
A Review was posted on Hellopeter about a firm of Attorneys and its staff by someone unknown to the law firm. When the law firm reported this to Hellopeter, that the writer was not known to the law firm nor was the writer a client of the Attorney, the law firm requested Hellopeter to investigate and revert to them. Hellopeter failed to revert to the law firm/attorney with information pertaining to the writer nor are the attorneys able to contact Hellopeter telephonically and the next day the Review of the attorney/law firm as Deleted from Hellopeter website
