Hellopeter dropping the ball??
On 10/02/2026 I received an email from Monique telling me that one of my reviews has been flagged and taken offline. It was said that there was unusual review activity.
I was never told what that unusual activity is but the general tone of the email was saying that I was suspected of posting a **** review.
I was asked to share proof of doing business with this company and I shared their quotation and proof of payment on 12/02/2026. I had engaged with this business on a B2B level, where my company needed their services, so payments were made via my business account.
Today is 12 days later from our last commutation and I have not heard back from Monique. I would have expected, after submitting proof as requested, I would have been told what exactly is the issue with my review and since I am cooperating, the removal thereof would be canceled and the review is back online or if it will stay offline.
As a platform that helps vet businesses before we part with out hard earned money, I have always respected Hellopeter and have been very aware of what I review as I understand that, like me, many other will come on and use my review as a vetting mechanism. So I have never **** about my lives experience with a business I review. But I cannot guarantee that every other customers will have the same experience, just like all other business.
Hopefully, after this review, I will hear back about why my review was flagged - if there is issue with my proof submitted and how this matter will be finalised
