Hellopeter doesn't come through

Hi Roxanne.  Thank you for sharing your concerns with us.  We understand how disappointed you must feel.
Hellopeter acts only as a Gateway between Supplier and Customer.  We unfortunately can't force any Supplier to respond or resolve your issue.  However, if you haven't received a response, you are welcome to add additional comments on your initial review to let them know.  There is no limit to the number of comments you can add to your review.
