hellopeter does what it says on the box

I recently struggled to contact South African Post Office. For 75 working days I could not get my parcel delivered and my patience was depleted. Nevermind my spirit. I decided to look for avenues of complaint as I was unable to get hold of their own complaints department.

I read about HelloPeter online and immediately wrote a review on South African post office. WIthin 24 Hours of posting my review I had a response. My parcel finally moved from it's location towards it's destination.

I posted elsewhere on social media but that including emails went unnoticed. However I am so glad I searched to find HelloPeter as the post office delivered my package yesterday.

I would recommend anyone with any issues with businesses and state owned enterprises to leave a review on HelloPeter. It may seem your correspondence is falling on deaf ears, only after leaving a HelloPeter review does your voice get heard.
