Hellopeter demands proof of complaint or else it takes down the review - Ethical?
I recently reviewed a company for poor service, HelloPeter then asked me to provide evidence of this phone call (unrecorded) which i did not have - Do this or else they will take down my review was the threat.
This opens up all kinds of doors as i should from now on record all my phone calls and then also publicly list those calls here as evidence to support my claim - I wonder if Biddulphs (the offending party in my review under question) would feel more comfortable with me having recorded phone calls and posting that here publicly - PR disasters incoming.
It shows even the sites that are here to uphold customer service and enhance quality can falter.. Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

Keep up the good work this is a good platform and it's helped me reach bigger companies and improve their products/services from a consumer level. The end goal is always improvement and a positive outcome.
