You deleted some of my complaints saying they're the same issue when in fact they're not. One was to Telkom for a line being out of service and asking them to fix the line. Another was to Telkom asking them for a refund. These are two different things. Go back to school and learn some comprehension.

Your first report relates to 'No service since Aug', your second report relates to 'My phone has been out of service since 29 Aug'. As these relate to the same issue, your second report has been deleted as per our Terms and Conditions.
The customer feedback facility is provided for you to give feedback on your initial report. A copy of your feedback will be sent to Telkom for you - there is therefore no need to write a new report about the same issue. Regards, Linda
