Hellopeter changes my rating without my concent

I am putting a question mark behind the credibility of the reviews on Hellopeter as I found out today that Hellopeter changes my rating. I publish 2 compliments today with 5 star ratings and found that Hellopeter changed both ratings to 1 star each! Which makes me wonder how many other compliments (or complaint?) rating might have been tampered with?

Okay. At least complaints (1 star) stays at 1 star. Seems like it is only complements (5 stars) that changes to 1 star.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. Hellopeter.com does not change your star rating without your request. It's possible that the star rating was not selected correctly when uploading your review or it could be a system error.
