Hellopeter
I did a review about a company and you guys notified me I got an answer which I cannot read ! The so called expert wants me to pay to read it and she said I will get my money back but have fill in a form first. Why cant you just let a person read what the company said ??

Follow these steps to view your private replies:
2. The charge you’re referring to seems to be related to a Google Ad you may have clicked on. Google Ads appear across many websites and are entirely separate from our platform. Hellopeter does not charge consumers to post reviews or see responses.

- 2. Click on the three lines on the top right of the screen and select 'My Profile and Reviews' from the drop-down menu. All your reviews will be displayed.
- 3. Click on the review to open it and view the business's response.
