Hellopeter authentication does not work, impossible to get hold of Hellopeter to report the problem

We recently introduced one-time PIN (OTP) verification to help keep the platform safe, trusted, and free from impersonation or **** reviews. We know it’s an extra step, but it helps protect real users like you and ensures the reviews shared are authentic and credible. That said, the OTP process should never feel like a barrier, and we understand that delays or glitches can be deeply frustrating. If you're not getting the OTP, the fastest way to fix this is to write a review using WhatsApp. Your profile will be verified automatically, and you’ll be able to log in.

Just save our number *** as “Hellopeter”, then send “Hi” on WhatsApp to get started.
