Hellopeter and Luno
A friend suggested why not register with Hellopeter to see if they can't help in resolving your LUNO problem. I registered, saw a fee of R 15.00 I had to pay via my Credit Card, no problem not a large amount..... anyhow since paying this small amount I have been receiving emails from so called "EXPERTS" from a company called Justanswerme "Just Answer Me" they are absolutely useless and on top of that they have billed my Credit Card with an amount of R 651.00 WHICH I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED................HELLOPETER, please reverse and refund R 651.00 back into my credit card. LUNO issues have not been addressed or resolved, although I did receive 2 messages from Hellopeter stating that Luno have a response for me, Can't click on or press a button anywhere to review the response. Hellopeter get you act together, how difficult can this be, not sure who is worse, please respond with a telephone number so that I can speak to a Person and not a computer.
