HelloPeter allows ******* activity on their platform

I have been following the complaint logged by user Wayne L and Hello Peter's subsequent responses:

To say that Hello Peter is “much like other social media platforms” is false and misleading and actually laughable. Facebook and Twitter allow individuals in their personal capacity to post about businesses and individuals. If the business or individual is not tagged in the post and the privacy settings of the user do not allow the public to view, the business or individual will have no idea about the comments made. However, if the individual resorts to complaining via a business’ profile the business will have the opportunity to respond, free of charge unlike on Hello Peter.

Based on your response to user Wayne L's complaint it is clear that your platform allows individuals to impersonate people and to post defamatory comments with the intention to cause harm. In this case, an individual posted “anonymously” and then proceeded to impersonate user Wayne L via Facebook to post comments with the clear intention to discredit not only his companies but him personally. You have now requested an individual to pay you as a business to receive the information about the identity of the individual that posted the defamatory remarks? This borders on exploitation.

Please be clear on your position here as my intention is to ensure that I spread this far and wide: Hello Peter allows people to hide behind anonymity; impersonate people; post defamatory comments not only about a business but also an individual; and further allows anyone to *******ly impersonate someone and make comments on their own post by impersonating another. It appears you have no regard for online impersonation and identity theft (which is *******) nor for defamation of character (also *******) on your platform?
