Wanted to change my rating from 5 star to 1 star concern8ng Sour Gateway. Conversed with Hellopeter's virtual agent. Was told such had to be done thru computer section and had to pay R15 (refundable). Gave my credit card details. Next got a ***** alert from fnb that R599 was about to come off to a computer company. Card blocked. Very confused
