Hellopeter allowing companies to mislead public by preventing public reviews and feedback on complaints made.
I am starting to miss the point of Hellopeter’s existence . What is its point lately?
Companies now seem to respond by saying they will get in touch with the clients/complainants to give an impression they respond but never contact the complainant. Once that happens, the complainant is unable to publicly rate or make a comment that the company never got in touch - leaving an impression that the company is a responding company when it actually is not.
If Hellopeter does not allow one to publicly review how the complaint was dealt with, what then is the point? Companies such as Santam and Aon, can just get away with sending the generic, automated response that they will contact you and never ever contact you without the public knowing they actually do that. I take customer service seriously and would want to know whether a company deals with complaints or not before signing up with them. Without allowing the public to know how a complaint was dealt with, you are allowing companies to pretend to be responding companies when they are not and essentially lie to the public.
I am sure you can do better than this and expose these ***** by allowing the complainant a say on how their complaint was handled and whether their complaint was dealt with in the first place - otherwise the process becomes futile. Aon and Santam are examples of companies who pretend to address complaints and never do due to this gap.
