HelloPeter actual achieves nothing against big Companies

How is it that a large company like Samsung have managed to automate their responses to any complaints. This means that your website is now being used by big companies to make themselves look good even though they do nothing about the issues that get raised on this site.

Hi Nigel. We're sorry that you feel that way. Unfortunately, times are tough all round right now. Please also bear in mind that Hellopeter merely provides a platform for you to engage with the business directly, which means Hellopeter is not involved in this communication, nor do we facilitate resolutions? If you aren't happy with the businesses response or lack of response, the onus is also on you to engage with them directly, and add feedback on your original review as many times as needed until hopefully, they resolve your issue to your satisfaction.  We really hope they do! Regards, the Hellopeter Team

No, sadly you are wrong. Hellopeter is not a platform for us to engage directly with the companies. You are who we approach once we have given up trying to engage with the companies. You are a social media platform for people to air their thoughts, frustrations and sometimes praises on the companies that get mentioned here. Yes you do not get involved, however you used to be a watchdog of sorts for bad service delivery. The fact that these companies can now automate their responses and your approach is as non committal as the one above means you are no longer the effective medium you used to be.
