Hellopeter
<div>I represent various large businesses, and I'd like to address a concern related to consumer feedback and our experience with Hellopeter. We understand that consumers and even our competitors may pretend to express their opinions about our brand, whether they are accurate or not. Initially, Hellopeter was founded as an admirable concept by Peter Cheales.
However, over time, it seems to have evolved into a model where businesses are only permitted to respond to reviews when they receive more than three replies, at a cost. For businesses that choose not to pay, this can potentially lead to an unfavourable online reputation without the ability to identify the reviewer. Fortunately, Google and Facebook have taken up the mantle of what Peter Cheales originally envisioned.
Nonetheless, we hope that Hellopeter's current approach can be reevaluated. We believe that the current system appears to extract funds from businesses without delivering significant value. In the long run, this model may have a detrimental impact on the sustainability of businesses, and we hope to see improvements in the future.</div>
