Hello Peter must be the best thing since sliced bread!

It's only the third time that I have resorted to Hello Peter. I will however recommend that when all else fails with any complaint or problem with a corporate, Hello Peter is the only solution! The response that a comment on Hello Peter elicits from a corporate is absolutely incredible.
