Hello Peter website faulty
On numerous occasions this morning I struggled to log into my hello peter account and had to request a new password and view my username multiple times. Eventually I logged in and when I went to view some customer reviews for GAME the hello peter website said I had to log in to see Games reply on customer complaints. For a company that hosts a platform where people can report bad or faulty service this is unacceptable

There isn't an error on the site with the responses from Game. Our platform offers Companies different ways to respond. They can either respond with a public response - this type of response is visible to everyone, or if information is sensitive/confidential, they respond using a private response. Due to the confidentially of the information included in private responses, these are only visible to the user who wrote the review.
