Areas of improvement advised:
Re: Contact us -Cell phone number. This is private. Not comfortable in sharing this in a mandatory field (optional ok). -As I am already logged into my profile, why is one asked to enter name, email etc again? -A private messaging / chatbox functionality would instil more confidence in communications
Re: Reviewing a business -I am required sharing my phone number in yet another mandatory field at the bottom of the page I am typing in now in order to submit it. Optional=OK. Mandatory=Not OK. This is not comforting. HP is very much entitled to make email addresses mandatory though.
Re: Bogus comments -Multiple businesses reviewed on HP have dichotomous reviews (meaning half of the reviews are 1 star and other half 5 stars). This almost certainly depicts that either the 1 stars or 5 star reviews are made with bogus accounts. This should be automatically flagged by a bot and the posts should be automatically reviewed for authenticity. -HP runs on trustworthy reviews; if the reviews aren't trustworthy, what is left?

With regards to 'bogus' comments, as part of Hellopeter’s efforts to ensure that reviews always reflect genuine buying or service experiences, we use a combination of manual verification checks and advanced, customised software to detect unusual review patterns. We have a bot that automatically flags these reviews and the reviews then go through a verification process.
