Hello Peter my life saver

I spent about any hour at Dunns trying to negotiate the workers into exchanging/refunding me as I had bought a phone that I could not make calls/download with.The phone looked good at glance however when I tried to use it,it was really bad.It did not reach my minimum requirements of a phone.

My friend then told me about hellopeter.I then sent my complain to hellopeter,within 30 minutes,Dunns called and apologised.They then told me to come to their shop and exchange my phone for any phone.I haven't gone to exchange however based on the tone of the Dunns manager,I believe I will be treated like a king when I get there.Thanks be given to hellopeter.
