hello peter is pointless
I have complained so many times on hello peter about poor service from fnb.<br> fnb just does the standard response, they never call back and the issues are never resolved.<br> <br> I have yet to get the response rating form from hello peter to rate responses.<br> <br> FNB do as they please and supposedly answer to make themselves look good when in fact they are doing nothing.<br> <br> This web site does not work, simple!!!!!

Hellopeter.com acts only as a conduit between Supplier and Customer. We unfortunately can't force a Supplier to resolve your issue.
The Customer Feedback email would have been sent to you. However, it may be in your junk mail box or perhaps blocked by your spam filter. You can still give your feedback even if you haven't received the email from us. Select Customer Zone (from the left menu bar), and click on Give Feedback. All your reports where the Customer Feedback facility is available will be displayed. Click on the subject line to open the report and add your feedback. A copy will be sent to the Supplier for you.
