I have gotten nowhere with you. I've sent you all the correspondence etc. and to date you simply hide behind "we aren't an ombudsman". Carte Blanche has done an expose on him, but you don't care. If you were legitimaly interested in consumer rights rather than lining your own pockets this wouldn't be an issue.

This particular client took over 9 months to pay an invoice, which as a small business we can't afford. The next time he contacted us we then informed him we could only do work for him if he paid in advance which he agreed to. He then **** about paying for work and when asked for the proof of payment he proceeded to threaten us, our family and our business. After the threats, when we stood firm, he paid for the work which we deployed to his site. After the deployment, we told him we could no longer work for him which he agreed to. Later he changed his mind and threatened us again with a range of threats against myself and my family. He also threatened hundreds of one star Hello Peter reviews and in his own comment on the reviews he even states he will remove the review if we work for him. To date the "review" contains false information and while you made him remove some of it, the URL of the review still contains false information.

During this process we then discovered that he is using our work to commit *****. We have alse sent you the Carte Blanche episode link on YouTube but you have zero interest.

I've been in contact with your team at the above email multiple times. I'm not sure there is any point as, as per my previous comments, your team just hides behind "we aren't an ombudsman" and expects we to pay to reply to the comments.

I have no problem with a poor review when the review is legitimate and I have no problem if I was allowed to reply without payment.

You allow anyone to say whatever they like and don't allow people to reply. That shows this website has nothing to do with consumer rights. If it did, there would be stuff in place to prevent people from clearly defaming businesses and righting false reviews.

Perhaps your team should contact me if they plan to resolve this properly but my experience so far is that there is no interest from you to resolve this.
