Hello Peter - Great work resolving service issues

Outside proper checks and balances to monitor the service consumers get, coupled with often just mere symbolic but ineffective internal grievance resolution structures in many companies, we as consumers are often victims of wreckless and unprofessional service and conduct . I take this opportunity to appraise and say hats off to Hello Peter, my last resort for years now. 99.9% of the cases I have posted on this platform have been promptly attended to and most, resolved . Keep up the good work..I am your fan..
