Hello Peter dissappoints

During last week, I used Hello Peter for the first time and I am very disappointed. The company that I wanted to complain about really let me, as their customer, down and cost me a lot of money. I stated my case on Hello Peter and even stated that the complaint was entirely true and correct and that I am prepared to provide Hello Peter with an affidavit if it became necessary, However, when the company threatened me with legal action if I do not remove the complaint,, I had to do it. Hello Peter was not prepared to back me - even if it leads to legal action. Thus, this company can just carry on with their poor service (and if someone tries to take them on, they just threaten with legal action - and everybody (like me) does not have the funds for legal procedures).
