16 Oct 2025, 10:18 Hi Hermann,
We're sorry that you had such a bad experience with Temu. We understand your frustration and want your review to stay up just as much as you do. However, we're responsible for the content posted on our site and also want to protect you from any legal issues that may arise from using libellous or defamatory language, which is why this sort of review has to be deleted.
As a review platform, we do not intervene directly but have systems in place to keep both the platform and our users safe.
When writing your review, it's important to stick to the facts and describe your actual experience without using any terms that could be considered derogatory or defamatory, unless there’s an official court ruling against the business confirming this.
We’d really love to have your review on our platform, so you’re welcome to resubmit it in line with our content guidelines. To prevent reviews from being removed, please take a look at our Content Guidelines (6.1 onwards) to see what’s accepted:

Perhaps try publishing your review again, keeping in mind to write factually and describe your actual experience without using any terms that could be considered defamatory or derogatory. We’d really love to have your review on our platform.
