Hello Peter can be trusted to help resolkve a problem

Although I have never had (as yet) a case/incident to refer to Hello Peter, I've had a couple of friends who have used it and have only praise with the help / assistance they received. Consequently I have registered for the service should I come across a situation where I cannot resolve the problem with the service/item received. The reputation of Hello Peter speaks for it's self.
