Hello Peter allowing companies to misrepresent
HelloPeter positions itself as the facilitator of customer service and, by implication, \Companies Who Respond\" are generally perceived by the public at large as caring about customer service.

However, I have recently had issues with 2 \"Companies Who Respond\", who have merely responded by saying that they will \"investigate\" and revert at some stage in the future. Months have gone by and no further correspondence has been received. This is an indication of a lack of interest in the true spirit of customer service.

On querying the situation with Hello Peter admin by email, they responded \"Unfortunately we are not able to force suppliers to respond further, once you have given your feedback to them.\"

I believe that it is incumbent on Hello Peter to uphold its principles, and not allow companies to be classified as \"Companies Who Respond\" when they clearly do not respond in any meaningful way. By allowing such companies to masquerade as entities that care about customer service (and whom I assume pay HelloPeter for the privilege), HelloPeter is selling its own integrity and deceiving its loyal user base.
