Can you explain your rating of my profile? Can you also explain what the purpose is of your website? Can you explain how your rating of my profile and in a way, belittling of my "reviews", importance and experience is justified by "amateur reviewer" status?
I am looking forward to your answer.

We don't facilitate in issue resolution, but do promote direct communication between consumers and businesses. Regarding your profile, it's a simple categorisation of our reviewers based on the number of reviews written. This starts at rookie (anything less than 3 reviews), Amateur, (between 4 and 10 reviews) and All Star (11 and more reviews). That rating was not intended to belittle your profile, but rather to provide other consumers for an easy way to understand how often a certain user reviews on our platform. However, we hear you, and understand that "amateur" may not be the most agreeable categorisation. We will raise this internally and reconsider our current classifications.
