Has this site lost its effectiveness?
<p>It is out of pure frustration that I am asking this question. </p> <p>In the past I used this site twice and got quick feedback and resolution. Now that the site has changed, I logged a complaint and the Company has just ignored me.</p> <p>Is it that Companies like Telkom does not react to hellopeter anymore?</p>

Our site allows you to write unlimited add-on comments on your initial review. You are welcome to engage with Telkom directly as many times as you like until hopefully, they convert you into a happy customer. Regards, HP
