Had an Issue with hellopeter. Gotten very frustrating as it seemed that I was getting nowhere. Eventually, as a 'last resort, I made contact with hellopeter. I asked them to assist as I was beside myself. Within a few hours, I received a reply. Monique Smith realised my errors and 'walked me through the procedure step by step.
