Great service
In the years I've used this service I have been able to resolve customer related issues with various companies, whose services I pay for. Hello Peter charges NOTHING yet keeps companies on their toes and accountable for their wrong doings. Really this is a great service and I wish more consumers could be exposed to it. Thank you for this platform! I really wish I or we as consumers could do more though with companies that don't respond and are impossible to reach. (* Ps check my complaint on Astral Group). But really this message is not one of complaints its one of gratitude and thanks for the great initiative and platform that you have created and the issues that have successfully been resolved FREE OF CHARGE thanks to YOU. :)
