Great platform!

The rating is actually a 5/5, your website is user friendly, I don't get unsolicited marketing emails, creating a profile and writing a review is simple and easy, I can credit great businesses with great customer service and I've had multiple issues resolved with businesses I've received bad service from. I've even made a habit of checking the reviews on this platform before approaching a business and every time I've paid for products/services from businesses with high ratings it's been smooth sailing. The reviews on this platform are really helpful.

However, I would really like to have the option to add an image/images to my reviews. I think that would also be a really useful feature.
