Great initiative

This is a great system of getting customer service in SA sorted and I commend you guys for this.<br> <br> Just two small niggles: some users seem to be professional complainers who continuously rack up complaints. Just as you have limited complaints from users against any supplier to once a week, perhaps you need to limit the number of complaints any one user submits as well, as some of those lodged by these \professional complainers"are ludicrous - I've just seen one person who has managed to lodge 58 complaints in a year! He must have really bad karma to be having all these \""bad\"" experiences :)<br> <br> 2nd thing"
