GoodbyePeter.com no response no service no solution

I originally laid a complaint about TakeAlot.com who still doesn't have the stock from the supplier. Yesterday I spoke to Yolanda in Marketing Cape Town (Le Creuset) who informed me that my order is out of their warehouse already. I phoned Takealot today and Khanyiswa told me that they are still waiting for the Mug from Le Creuset. Order number ********** 5 Now Hello Peter is not coming back to me and nobody is working on sorting this issue out for me. Who am I supposed to blame? Because at this point I am not interested in supporting Take alot.com ever again, and I am very sceptical about Le Creuset service. Today I had to cancel because LC says they already sent it out, but takealot says they are still waiting for it.
