Good on the whole
<div>I like having a public forum to air my grievances that are not being taken seriously by businesses. I also like to sing the praises of the deserving.
But... Hellopeter puts asterisks in the strangest places.
And it labels bot responses as timeous. Ban meaningless canned bot responses or, at least, do not count them towards time to respond.</div>
